to winning a Civil War without a Fight
(Well, just a little fight, maybe. The Dems deserve it. They stabbed the country in the back. Or was that what the Nazis said about Germans of another religion?) Recall that MAGA videos abound on stockpiling survival kits of food, ammunition, generators, and they (40 percent of Americans) have been listening to their lunatic media for years. Don't make the same mistake I did recently (I’ll tell you more about, if any of you ever get back to me on what I have been writing you here!) and think that the horizontal division Left-Right isn't the one that is at the heart of this Occupation.
Thank God/dess that Senator Bernie Sanders has been Telling it like It IS, and getting through to many people who voted mistakenly for MAGA, because, “Here is where we are now” (as Bernie starts every town meeting), “How we got here and where we want to go together as a country.” Like Lincoln, Sanders is updating “Government by the People, for the People, and of the People,” and it is Common Sense about the Common Wealth.

Scapegoat populations for left-and-right, divide-and-rule instead of up-and-down class warfare
Station the untrained troops in the Cities that tend to vote for the opposing party and while calling on Immigration Enforcement to stalk public places where among itinerant job-seekers may be many non-citizens. Station the National Guard troops at Union Station in the Capital City and South Station, in Boston, which together define the principal rail transportation on the Eastern Corridor that connects the financial, academic, corporate, and governmental administrative institutions of America, as well as their media communications.

Trump began his second term by pardonning all his cult members who came in answer to his call on January 6, to storm the Capitol, whether they used the American flag to beat the defending police or not.
He is actually rewriting History to be read in the future according to the story he tells. Yet, it was actual testimony by people in the White House on that day, who all agreed, he had admitted he had lost.
Conservative Judge J. I'm sorry for Judge Luttig. He's a loyal and steadfast friend since Law School of Chief Justice Roberts. They continued their careers rising in parallel through the federal judiciary while sharing their respect and reverence for Conservative values. But Chief Justice Roberts has made a dreadful mistake for which History will chronicle his career as Constellating the Fate now failing the stars of the United States.
What do Supreme Court Justices owe to the President that appoints them?
Nothing. It is a lifetime appointment and their only reciprocity has already operated in that they are probably of the same “Party” and there are only two in this country: Conservatives and Progressives, a.k.a.
traditionalist/legacy/originalists supposedly of the Constitution and
futurist/“liberal” in the sense of Social justice and public welfare, a generosity of government for the “level playing field” welcoming all Americans from birth, if not actual immigration and adoption with its complexities, in order to achieve the self-actualization of the individual.
It's the “radical idea of the Enlightenment” and we mustn't forget that “The Enlightenment failed. Astonishingly, it failed,” as E. O. Wilson wrote at the beginning of Chapter III of Consilience: The Unity of All Knowledge.
Somehow, a quarter of millennium ago, some well-educated grandchildren of English colonials managed to apply their reading of the philosophers of their new time that seemed so like an awakening, that it was called the “Enlightenment” in the European intellectual capitals of the Old World.
These first native-born European-Americans were steeped in the contemporaneous developments across the Atlantic from their new perspective of a nearly wild land, sparsely populated in comparison with the new industrial squalor of the old cities in the over-crowded countries their parents had left to create a new and better future in the “New World.”
Such an unlimited future horizon called forth from this generation of colonials a desire to achieve a new destination in the future of humanity. It was an aspiration, but not a reality and they knew it.
We do not yet know what's happening in our “dangerous time.”
The limited horizon from the Here-and-Now is always obscuring to ourselves what the natural consequences of our life choices are going to be. Yet, when we look back, we ourselves see how the progression was obviously unfolding as the big picture should have been recognized at the time — but it was not.
Take for example Russia:
1989 the fall of the Soviet Union, born in Revolutionary war, 70 years old.
Unleashed what the Double World War had dammed up in the largest land-mass country on Earth, which paid the highest per-capita price along with one of the smallest countries with nearly the same population, Japan.
Severely hampered by the death of much of both their populations of reproductive age, the difference between the two feudal cultures and the response of our own American culture to them, one ally/friend and one enemy/foe, is the foundation of the “The Long Game” that Putin is playing with the Karmic Agent of the U.S. , a country that emerged from the first half of the Twentieth Century “on top of the World.”
Fast Foreward to 2025:
This is it. This is the American Civil War, to the absolute delight of Putin, a Russian narcissist to his soul-less dostoyevskian core. Even he didn't believe he could do it — make De Tocqueville's 1835 prophecy come true, as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics failed to do. He has come to see the Best Possible Case Scenario for the fall of the United States, the country that turned on the Soviet Union and betrayed their alliance against the Nazis that had consumed ten percent of their people, nearly half of the young adult generation of men, in the Double World War.
Amid Russian television news discussion of the Alaska meeting, was the old betrayal of the Russian people by their Tsar, who sold Alaska to the Americans in 1867, for 7.2 million dollars, about 2 cents an acre.
Here, it is important to pause and as Dr. Maddow says, “Deep Breath!” We Americans tend to do a lot of projecting of ourselves onto everybody else. Quite simply in this case, the Russian people, like the Iranians, have not really reconciled themselves to nearly being oppressed by an entire millennium of Russian malignant narcissistic aristocratic lineages.
They tend to relate to American people when they meet US in the flesh, like fellow workers and farmers who have made it possible to get a decent middle-class share of consumer goods, which are the products of the Working Class. That is what Communism meant to ordinary Russian People.
Older Americans tend to light their hair on fire, when they hear the word “communism” as the ultimate enemy was the Soviet Union. Why is that? Because propaganda is alive and thick in the American advertising industry. They're loaded with money because it is replicating technology applied to the marketing of circulation and exchange in the World Culture.
“Cultural awareness and entertainment” was the American goal for deployment in the public space of the technology they invented. They joked about it that the Russians only claimed to have invented everything from the washing machine to television. The winner of the Cold War simply rejected everything the Russian Soul held dear. Yet the Russian people, like unrequited lovers, secretly smuggled in as much of the dissolute decadent capitalist, sex-selling, everything and everyone, including your mother, if their swearing expressions have anything to do with how Americans tell the truth.

Do the Russians feel they have more of a claim to seize Alaska from the United States than the Crimea from the Ukraine?
You can bet they do.
Is it just the rule of the stronger that prevents Russia from seizing Alaska as they are seizing from the Ukraine the Crimea and the eastern provinces?

Rachel Maddow notes that what ultimately explains a host of inexplicable developments in the story of the Donald Trump campaign is “the worst case scenario” that Trump is compromised by Russia.
In the first seven minutes of the above video from 2018, she discusses the shock from Trump's private meeting with Putin at Helsinki and what it might mean that he announced afterward that he sides with Putin's world-view over that of American Intelligence:

THERE WAS NO AND APPLICABLE REASON WHY HE WOULDN’T BRAG ON THE DAY OF ONE OF THE EARLY PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY DEBATES, THAT VERY DAY, HE HAD SIGNED A LETTER OF INTENT TO BUILD THE TALLEST BUILDING IN RUSSIA.
THERE IS NO REASON WHY THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WOULDN’T INTERVENE IN THE PLATFORM TO MAKE IT MORE PRO-RUSSIA AND THEN COVER UP THEIR TRACKS AND DENY THEY HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.
HE SURPRISED EVERYONE BY INVITING THE RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER INTO THE OVAL OFFICE WITH NO NOTICE, NO U.S. MEDIA, AND APPARENTLY TO LIMIT ON HIS WILLINGNESS TO DISCLOSE TO RUSSIAN OFFICIALS CODE WORD INTELLIGENCE.
THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANY OF THOSE THINGS.
UNLESS YOU WERE WILLING TO BELIEVE THE WORST.
AND WHO WANTS TO BELIEVE THE WORST?

FOR ONE THING IT RAISES UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTIONS ABOUT
WHAT WE SHOULD DO AS A COUNTRY, WHAT WE SHOULD DO AS CITIZENS.
IF THE WORST CASE IS TRUE.
FOR EVERYTHING THAT WE’VE BEEN THROUGH AS A COUNTRY, FOR EVERY KIND OF TRIAL AND CHALLENGE AND INTRIGUE AND EMBARRASSMENT AND SCANDAL THAT WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH AS A NATION, WE HAVEN’T EVER HAD TO RECKON WITH THE POSSIBILITY THAT SOMEBODY HAS ASCENDED TO THE PRESIDENCY OF THE UNITED STATES TO SERVE THE INTERESTS OF ANOTHER COUNTRY RATHER THAN OUR OWN.

THE DIFFERENT PIECES OF IT — AND ON THAT FRONT THERE’S BEEN DEVELOPMENTS THAT HAVE GIVEN US AS CITIZENS A LOT MORE CLARITY.
WHAT HAPPENED TO US AND WHAT EVIDENCE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND COUNTER INTELLIGENCE INVESTIGATORS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ASSEMBLE.

At this point, Rachel Maddow, Oxford Ph.D. Political Science, talks about “a small but significant development” concerning Paul Manafort, whom she’s just explained was brought into the picture for “no applicable reason.”
Although not mentioned in this stunningly prescient July 17, 2018 video of Rachel Maddow’s analysis of the Helsinki Trump-Putin love affair, Jeffrey Epstein is said to have flown to Moscow at sometime back in the days this story was developing.
During the following ten minutes of this extraordinary analysis, Dr. Maddow goes on to talk about the Russian GRB (as the reincarnation of the Soviet KGB/Secret Police) and bitcoin; she includes the spy “Marina Buttina” who somehow worked for the NRA as though pretending she were doing something in her native Russia for the right to bear arms, which of course is certainly not applicable to Russia.
Robert Mueller states deliberately at the end of Part One of his report that his mandate as Special Counsel was not to follow the money, but his entire second half of the investigation is how the Russians developed cyber-warfare to interfere in our election in 2016. Maddow continues with a mention of John Bolton, who has just reappeared now in 2025, on Trump’s retribution agenda with the FBI raiding his home for “classified documents.”
Consequently, Trump’s taking top-secret documents with him when he left was “mansplained” as done in angry denial and retribution for losing the election, although against the Law for National Security at risk to spying, the result was to nullify the lengthy and extensive investigation.
Is he deteriorating mentally, as Heather Cox Richardson perceives, or is he diabolically clever? I tend to see him as the cartoonists of South Park do, in bed with Satan. A little man is something I do not say in the physical disdain so many people have and which they actually transfer onto shorter men in reality. He is in fact little in his character. He's even been mocked by a giant parade balloon of an orange baby in diapers with his hair in profile. Soulless sex seems to have been also one of the manifesting characteristics of the Fashion Model World. Trump seems to be surprised that his own fixation on tall women, because of his own Germanic height genes, would result in one son at least who would exceed him by several inches.
Why should it matter? Comey admitted he and his wife were like giraffes when they travelled, even his kids had reached their adult status! Sadly, the man did not listen to his wife and daughter, but like a petty bureaucrat in his soul, he was a stickler for dotting all the iotas and crossing all the tees. In such a close election in which Hillary got three million more votes yet the distribution is not equally to population as required by the Census in the Constitution, his announcement of the FBI investigating 30,000 emails the woman received as a public figure may have switched the feeble-minds, who still had not informed themselves about or simply could not judge competently, the governing skills of the two candidates. Sad Democracy.
Ultimately, why Trump felt the classified-secret documents belonged to him, particularly for eventual monetary value, was no more understood than why Trump was so involved with Russian billionaires since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1989.
Seven years ago, this story got lost in the trees after the passage I have copied here in the above quotation. We could not see the forest, but now, Trump’s seizing control of the DoJ and FBI as his personal legal arm and enforcer is picking up where this story left off Trump's subservience to Putin.
As though trying to make up for lost time during the four-years of the Biden administration, Trump has accelerated the falling dominoes to achieve Project-2025 at the same time as the division of the World between Putin and himself. Putin gets Alaska, Trump gets Greenland, holds sway over the North/South Western Continents. Europe/Africa/and Australasia can go to hell.
Never forget that the FBI raided Epstein’s home when he was arrested for his last days on Earth, and made off with all the videos of what is quite likely to have been the biggest blackmail of the most powerful men in history.
As Winston Churchill told Neville Chamberlain in 1938, when he returned from appeasing Hitler by consenting to his annexation of Czechoslavakia, “You chose dishonour, between dishonour and War, and you will have both.”

Now that civilisation is gradually recovering from the dozen millennia of migrations and militarism since the Stone Age, our “Wise” species, Sapiens, is beginning to understand that bisexual reproduction is the only way to evolve past the dead-end of cloning. President Biden and the Democratic party had one year to execute a vote on nullifying the ban by the 14th Amendment of insurrectionists holding government office.

One year later and he's not only trying to get the 14th Amendment repealed for birthright citizenship, but it just also happens to be the 14th Amendment that prohibits insurrectionists from ever holding office in the government they tried to overthrow. So these are new supporters of the insurrection that was never declared as such by the Supreme Court of the U.S. federal Government, but by only two State Supreme Courts, Colorado and Maine.
Trump's attack on citizenship by Jus Solis, the law of place-of-birth that guarantees every child born on Earth to be welcome somewhere, really represents his determination to get rid of the post-Civil War ban on insurrection. The 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments are all that was won by the Civil War that killed and maimed more Americans than all other wars since. Now the Civil War has been won by Confederate States of America.
“Republican” States are being asked to cheat permanently on redistricting maps and to send their National Guards to occupy urban areas within their own States and in other States with “Democratic” Legislatures and/or Governors. In sum, these Republican States are “winning” by imposing their cultural choices upon all of US, like in the novel by Margaret Atwood, the Canadian author of The Handmaid's Tale. Great title, takes it out of our Time frame and yet just enough to predict the ending to such a religion of Our Time. It's ironically out-stripping the Catholic Church on Heresy!
In fact, the “new Pope” being an American, who found his spiritual pasture to guard and serve in Peru, is a good manifestation on the side of Humans who have incarnated for this moment in Time to give US some help
The source of this Power Grab by the executive branch from the legislative branch must be the threat of losing the money to run again, and losing as being put up for candidacy at the primaries, and thus losing their “job” when the Congresspeople come up for re-election in about fifteen months, 450 days. In case you need to compare how much can happen in an equal duration of time: the Iranians held American Embassy personnel hostage for 444 days in the presidential re-election year for Jimmy Carter, who was considered a ‘whimp’ by the media when the helicopter rescue failed.
As Nietzsche said, public opinion is like empty mirrors facing each other to reflect infinite emptiness. Reagan became the first actor president, Carter lost, who alone among American presidents lived as the man he appeared to be in the media industry. Why didn't those “undecided” attention-seeking voters remember what a man of character is and means by living it? He died exquisitely timed to remind them he was glad to have lived long enough to vote for the first woman of color for President. I think that was the expression he used.
Sadly, people have lost the ability to discern reality from the replication of “artificial intelligence.” Technology has turned American consciousness into culture from the imagination of the media technicians and their collaborating writers, actors, camera, sets, costumes, … we all know how it's done.
Young people go to art school to learn how to make reality, tell stories, sometimes learn how reality filmed can be an accurate history of actual facts. They admire Martin Scorsese or Ken Burns, but when the actual set they are witnessing is the World-Stage, they cannot stand against deceit happening in front of them to tell the true story.
A reporter in Florida asked a question about the insane tripling of the budget, in the “Budget Reconciliation” Big Beautiful Bill, a.k.a. the Big Bullying Billionaires’ Bill today, for the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security at the expense of Medicare and supplemental food in order to build a Concentration Camp in the United States of America for immigrants.
The first question was clear and simple: “How long will the detainees be kept here in the swamp?”
Trump goes off on how long he's going to live in Florida, as though he were being asked if he would be away from the Oval Office a lot now that he has a palace in Mar-a-Lago. His supporters don't care, because he talks as they do.
He's determined not to talk about our right to take people and put them in concentration camps for coming to America to follow the 250-year dream the older and crowded countries of this planet have of life on this immense double continent in its entire Western Hemisphere, that broke off from the central Land Mass a quarter of a million years ago and was mostly forgotten after a land bridge in the far North sank beneath Bering Strait cutting off the over-crowded shore of Asia.
Trump persists in answering the question he wants to have been asked, leading away from betraying humanity as people come seeking the migration to a better life for their lineage. He even manages to throw in how people have to pay too much taxes in New York, and so they’re all moving to Florida. Is he just playing at being hard-of-hearing or just plain “senile”? He is a master of the American misrepresentation of reality called Public Relations. We reap what we have sown.
He can give no time whatsoever to discuss imprisoning people who come here seeking a better world—so it does not exist. If that had happened a century ago to his pimp grandfather who ran a brothel and gambling house to exploit miners in a minor goldrush, we would not have an impending Trump Dynasty and bitcoin private currency based upon a Ponzi Scheme monetizing the Presidency.
Turns out there's a class or “Caste” system in reverse that has flipped the polarity in American Income distribution into a “cool” and a “belonging” identity, the more crass and small-minded you are, Floridian republicans have another “cool” cliché, to call the Everglades, “Alligator Alcatraz.”

It's like buying a day's pass to a giant Complex of Cinema projection rooms, each with rows of cushioned velour seats; you can go into the “theatre” where your fave Prez is feeding you reality as he sees it, and you stay if you identify and merge with his world.
The election was stolen. How else would you act toward cheating? History is changed by “alternative facts” just as the Romans managed to do three centuries after crucifying Jesus, when they needed to adopt a new identity bond after their decline and fall into corruption. Just say the Judeän people themselves demanded it of poor Pontius Pilate. Thereafter, Christians hated Christ's own people although they adopted their sacred book as their “Bible.”
Keep it up and never let up, rewriting history builds momentum as it sleeks into a coherent dynamic shape, there is no evidence the election was stolen because Elon Musk says it's just a line of code to change a vote from one candidate to the next. What do most people know about this Digital Revolution?
It's also a double-edged sword hanging over the opponent party's head because they have to defend the goalpost that is called, “the infallible, impossible-to-hack tabulators,” so this approach also has the added benefit of being able to get someone like Elon Musk on your side by promising him all policy is for-sale to the most superior monied supporter. The United States is already split irremediably into two countries. Neither side can live according to the governing of the other.
We don't have to pick up and move as in other times, when this end-game became a dead-end. Covid, the Plague Year, showed US the internet has changed everything. The economy no longer happens inside a market place, it depends upon communication technology.
We don't have to fight a Civil War, but we don't have to give up our sanity, ethics, and education, either. We can hold an election, especially if the Republican-In-Name-Only, One-Party State institutes Project-2025 and scraps the Constitution as they have this July 4, 2025.
Two countries. Choose your flag and vote to fill the vacancies in Congress, on the Supreme Court, and the Presidential Administration. We already are not talking with each other anymore.
The German people learned at the end of the Second World War of the heinous crimes of their government against entire groups of people for lineage, physical and/or mental capacity, or simply as deemed outsiders. The Palestinian people have learned of the heinous crimes of their government and we Americans too will learn of the multitudes who die while the food we produced in excess of our need has rotted.
Like Americans, fewer than half the Germans had voted for the Nazis and fewer than half the Palestinians had voted for Hamas. Yet the entire country has and will suffer for empowering the régimes to perform evil acts upon so many.
I do not want my money to pay for concentration camps, in the python-invaded Everglades or paid to the dictators of nations they impoverished.
Lincoln made the Civil War about secession instead of emancipation, but he did proclaim freedom by birth for all human beings.
We cannot accept immigrants being incarcerated for life and our country giving our money to do this by transporting them not even home but to some country in which they have never had any experience for their cruel profit as corrupt dictatorships.
What does this mean to me, to be American?
Two parallel governments with citizens holding one passport of the government chosen in this election.
The present Administrative/Executive branch, Duplicate the “One Legitimate Candidate” Election, with two split countries, President Harris and Vice-President Walz with the Stars & Stripes, and President Trump and Vice-President Vance with the Stars & Bars.
So that the present government of each nation, USA and CSA can vacate the seats of the opposition, in Congress, and on the Supreme Court, duplicated and filtered out by the choice of each member, leaving vacancies to be filled in a subsequent election, with the assigned citizenship required of candidates and of the electorate to vote.
The ballot is necessary so that no subversion may take place to contaminate the newly integral branches of each country.
