Call Congress before January 6, 2025 to demand both houses introduce a bill and vote on it before counting the Electoral College certified votes:
“Resolved, as in Amendment 14, Section 3, only by this Act of Congress can the prohibition in effect since January 6, 2021, be lifted from Donald J. Trump to hold office.
“We the People of the United States, in Congress here assembled by representation, hereby vote as directed by our Constitution to which all who uphold our government swear an oath, to forgive and erase the acts of treason of candidate Donald J. Trump who is barred from holding office for leading an insurrection against the Government on Jan 6, 2021, thus granting him amnesty from the prohibition to hold office by a two-thirds vote in each chamber?
“He led and supported a rebellion against the adjudicated, lawfully executed election of 2020;
he gave aid and comfort during the interval to the next presidential election;
and promises to grant amnesty to those who engaged in the overthrow of the 2020 election on his assurance the election had been defrauded while privately declaring he knew of no factual evidence to his claim.”
Two-Thirds of the House of Representatives and of the Senate must vote to lift his 14th Amendment disbarment from holding office.
The next person holding a majority of electoral votes is the winner. The Constitution applies a simple-majority vote in the House of Representatives only in the case of a tie.
On January 6, 2025, we challenge the electoral college votes certified to Former President Trump. The next majority votes certified will hold the office, those of President Harris.
We are only free till then, we do not have to hand over our Government to Project 2025. Look at the photograph above. The rebels showed up believing in Trump more than US.

These words were spoken by my cousin about landing on Tarawa in the Solomon Islands as an 18-year-old Marine, the only time he ever spoke about it to anyone: “I was never so scared in all my life (he was then sixty), arms, legs flying around me, then the guy next to me, his head was shot off.”
Timothy Snyder wrote in his manual On Tyranny: “Most of the power of authoritarianism is freely given. After the German elections of 1932, which brought Nazis into government . . . the next crucial step was anticipatory obedience. Anticipatory obedience is a political tragedy.”
Why are we “obeying in advance and handing over the Government on January 6, 2025, when the 14th Amendment is still in effect?
If Congress does this, according to the 14th Amendment, the only branch of Government that may remove the impediment by two-thirds vote, then and only then would the Inauguration, could the inauguration, proceed on Jan 20, 2025.
If his electoral votes are not certified, then the next candidate with the most electoral college votes meeting all criteria for certification, is the next President of the United States. The vote is prescribed in the House of Representatives only in the case of no clear winner of certified votes in the Electoral College.
McConnell explained going back on his indictment of Trump as leader of the Insurrection when the impeachment came to the Senate: “Let the American people decide in the next presidential election.” He knew that letting it appear normal would make it seem normal.
The Senate of Rome surrendered their Republic to the nephew of Julius Caesar, after a two-year civil war, by making him “Commander of the Armed Forces” Imperator, for life. For 500 years thereafter, Emperors either inherited by family lines or were selected by the Armed Forces.
Are we to surrender the Republic to those who cheated the Law and to the media-capture of Rule by the exponential rich? We accepted an insurrectionist who talked like Hitler on the ballot because of a cheating Senate that captured the Supreme Court. Did the SCOTUS from Article III over-reach the power of the people given Congress in Article I ? Three of the Justices thought so — saying their dissent was not to be considered as precedent for the Law — “Just sayin’ . . ."
Two-Party politics always risked one party being high-jacked. This is a State of Emergency and the 14th Amendment is in search of enforcement.

President Carter said he was happy to have lived long enough to vote for Kamala Harris — his spirit strengthens us to do this:

Trump is in fact disbarred by his act of Rebellion until Congress votes to lift the disbarrment of his insurrection by 2/3 of both houses. We the people must enforce this because both parties who represent us are not doing their duty to protect and defend the Constitution. They are “sleepwalking into Fascism.” We don't have to be violent, we just all have to show up, if not in person, by telephoning Congress. ALL OF US!
"Demand Congress VOTE” to allow an insurrectionist to take office — on the effective 14th Amendment itself, which requires two/thirds of both houses. Not a simple majority, as in a tie in the Electoral College votes. That means in order to “certify the electoral votes.” If he doesn't get the disbarment lifted by 2/3 of Congress, only Harris’ electoral votes would be certified and next in majority.
Trump is disbarred since the day he led the Insurrection — Jan 6, 2021. Just as the 14th Amendment declaring anybody who rebelled against the Government covered the Rebels after they fired on Fort Sumter. He canNOT take office under the United States. Do NOT obey in advance! Do not hand over the Government to an insurrectionist who has already broken his oath.
This act now will bring on a Civil War.

Matthew Livelsberger on New Years Day detonated a rented Tesla (think, Musk) full of the explosives, fireworks, small canisters of propane and exploding targets used in shooting.in front of the Trump hotel in Las Vegas. He was a career Army Special Forces master sergeant who served three tours in Afghanistan and was decorated by the Army for valor. As FBI Special Agent In Charge Spencer Evans stated Friday, “It’s evident that [Livelsberger] considered, planned, and thoughtfully prepared for this act.”
He left two notes on his electronic devices to leave no room for misinterpretation:
“Fellow Servicemembers, Veterans, and all Americans . . . TIME TO WAKE UP! This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?”
The media wanted to focus on PTSD to explain it away: “Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.”
Livelsberger, however, amplified his political reasoning:
“Consider this last sunset of ’24 and my actions the end of our sickness and a new chapter of health for our people. Rally around the Trump, Musk, Kennedy, and ride this wave to the highest hegemony for all Americans!”
“DEl is a cancer” and Vice President Harris “the DEl candidate” whom, he said, “thankfully we rejected.” Although triumphant that Trump won, "Now we will have a real President,” the purpose of his suicide mission was to “wake up . . . Fellow Servicemembers, Veterans, and all Americans” to go to Washington, D.C. to “purge” the government and military from those who oppose them: “Military and vets move on DC starting now. Militias facilitate and augment this activity.” He urged they take control of the facilities until “the purge is complete.” The purge of Democrats—he wrote, “Try peaceful means first, but be prepared to fight to get the Dems out of the fed government and military by any means necessary. . . . They all must go and a hard reset must occur for our country to avoid collapse.”
This is the actual state of mind of the Rebels today. We call them “MAGA” and continue to shake our heads and argue reason.
If we don't split the country we are risking losing it all. We just are too sane and reasonable to believe it. We've seen too many Hollywood movies about the Deep State and too many special effects and cosmetics of torn flesh.
FASCISM succeeds in taking over by using the rules and then abolishing them to stay in power. That, ultimately, is what lies ahead for US after the next four years. THERE IS A SOLUTION TO THE MONEY AND MEDIA THAT HAVE A STRANGLEHOLD ON DEMOCRACY:
All media — from print to broadcasting to digital or internet — reaching ANYONE within US borders, MUST be LICENSED by one requirement: they provide free and equivalent TIME and SPACE to all registered candidates 90 days before Federal elections. The States should collaborate by requiring the same for all local elections. SCOTUS told Colorado they can't leave an insurrectionist's name off a federal office ballot.
Start thinking in the LONG-TERM of History: four years from now when Project 2025 has done away with the “guardrails” we are going to be faced with a phoney election as the Russian people have been for a century. By then, too many Americans will believe that MAGA represent “Patriots”—the Civil War to preserve the Union will be Lincoln's Choice.
Do not legitimize this “Republican Party” with the name nor accept Trump as its standard bearer. Our ONLY SOLUTION is to split the Country. This is UNTHINKABLE because we still are telling ourselves our Civil War was to preserve the Union, not to free ourselves from the CURSE of SLAVERY. Racism is deeply engrained because only being brainwashed into believing an entire group of people are inferior for whatever reason can we overcome the good of our own religions.
We are in the middle of this new kind of Civil War. We do have the means to split the country without having to filter out and move geographically. We learned the internet can make it possible to live together without having the same government.

In his final speech of 2024, Bernie Sanders, Vermont's Independent Senator, warns the country has split since SCOTUS ruled in Citizens United that corporations have “free speech” to pay all the can to our Media, “the Fourth Estate” in our government, to pay for election campaigns of candidates to introduce legislation they want. The “billionaire class” is ruling — a “plutocracy” and they are few “oligarchy” compared to the number of ordinary people, working paycheck to paycheck to have as much money as they do — about to amount to a trillion dollars.
We can split into the USA and the CSA — we already have two stories and certainly opposite solutions to how we can live without sacrificing our sanity, education, and freedom to live the way we choose. Let's live that way, dividing according to Harris/Walz and Trump/Vance, before it's too late and after January 20, 2025 our destiny is cast as in Ancient Rome.
Let everybody choose which country to pay their taxes to and let the branches of government duplicate as do the DNA strands in mitosis with a new election filling the vacancies in Congress, Executive, and Judiciary, left by those switching between the USA and CSA.
Alexis de Tocqueville described this polarity of our Planetary culture of Globalism foreseeing in 1835, our end of this Chapter:
